Practical Information

The Congress takes place in Kardinal König Haus (KKH), Lainzer Strasse 138, A-1130 Vienna, Austria.

KKH is a very modern Jesuit conference center. More about KKH can be found on the Internet at www.kardinal-koenig-haus.at.

Language:

The Congress is bilingual: English and German. At all plenary sessions, there will be simultaneous translation in English and German.

Assistive listening devices:

An induction loop system is provided at all meetings. FM equipment is available. Most presentations will be projected onto a screen in German.

Accommodations and meals:

The participants will be housed in Kardinal König Haus, Lainzer Strasse 138, A-1130, Vienna, Austria.

Most rooms are single rooms with bath.

All meals (except Thursday evening) will be in Kardinal König Haus.

Those who register late may be accommodated in a hotel near Kardinal König Haus at the same price.

After you send in your registration, you will receive a confirmation and further practical information.

Prices and registration:

Room and all meals from supper on Monday until lunch on Friday, is 400 DM or 2800 Austrian Schilling (ATS). This amount is to be paid after your arrival at the Congress Office in Kardinal König Haus.

Congress fee: 200 DM or 1400 ATS.

The Congress fee is to be paid at the time of your registration. A reduction of the Congree fee is possible in certain cases (see below).

The Congress fee is to be paid to the IVSS Churchear Office in Nordhorn, Germany, either by check (in German Marks) or directly to our

bank account:  AFESS / IVSS, Raiffeisenbank Nordhorn, Deutschland, Account No. 135 990 800, Bank Registration No. 267 600 05.

If you wish to participate but have financial problems, please contact our office in Nordhorn, Germany, as soon as possible. We shall do our best to help.
