IVSS Churchear invites you to a thrilling conference with interesting lecturers and exciting encounters. Out conference theme this time is: “… who has ears … Building good fellowships”.
Our Conferences are for all who want education and inspiration about the challenge how to interact with us who are hard of hearing. Some of those who come are working professionally or voluntarily with this; others know nothing about this issue, but want to learn. Some are members of IVSS Churchear, corporate or individual; most are not. You are all welcome to Oslo to the 21st International Conference for Pastoral Care among Hard of Hearing.
On Tuesday we invite you to attend the following workshops (The list will be filled in as soon as we have got the workshops confirmed). You have the possibility to attend up to three workshops:

Prices:
Conference cost per person: Eur 300,-, including conference costs, lunches, dinners and a guided city tour. On registration the conference fee needs to be paid to the German bank account 18244, Bank guide number 21520100 (IVSS Churchear) – IBAN: DE66 2152 0100 0000 018244 SWIFT (BIC): UNBNDE21.
The payment must be marked “Conference 2026”.
NB! The conference fee does not include accomodation and breakfast. Those coming to the conference must book accomodation themselves. We have, however, negotiated a very favourable price with the nearby Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte (Homburger Landstrasse 4, DE-60389 Frankfurt, Tel: +49 697680640): Single rooms EUR 90 per night with breakfast, and double rooms EUR 100 (EUR 50 per person) per night with breakfast. Our contact person is Ms. Lisa Jende and booking is made by email directly to the hotel. Please remember to write the booking code IVSS Churchear in the email.
For those who might want to visit the conference only for one day, the price will be EUR 75,- per day.

How to get to there?
If you come by car, it should not be difficult to find the conference site. Using a GPS it should be easy to find.
Arriving by air at Frankfurt airport you take an S-Bahn train from the airport to the central station (Hauptbahnhof).
NB! If flying by Ryanair you’ll arrive at Frankfurt Hahn airport, having to take a bus for two full hours to get to the central station.
Arriving by train you also go to the central station.
From the station you either find your way to your hotel and make your way to the conference site from there. Or you can go directly to the Swedish Church by tram no. S18 going towards Gravensteiner Platz. Please disembark the tram at Walter-Kolb-Siedlung. From the tram stop you go some meters back, cross the tracks and take the first turn right. You are then on the An der Wolfsweide and shall soon se a white church tower (of a German church) and the red gable of the Swedish Church. The whole walk should take some 5 minutes.
